Frequently asked questions
Los métodos de instalación pueden variar según el tipo de revestimiento, pero generalmente se aplican con adhesivo o pegamento, y se pueden cortar a medida según el tamaño de la pared.
Siempre teniendo un gran cuidado con el material de pegado que se esté usando, y usando unas juntas recomendadas para este tipo de producto, ya que si no se ponen pueden producir problemas a lo largo del tiempo.
Los pasos para la colocación de este tipo de revestimiento es como el de cualquier otro, que son:
- Medir y asegurarse de los metros cuadrados que se necesitan para la obra
- Cortar de una manera correcta para no tener una zona desigual
- Usar un buen material de sellado y no poner "pegotes" en la propia pieza.
- Se recomienda usar siempre una llana para realizar una buena base para el pegado
- Unas juntas recomendadas por el fabricante de ese producto, normalmente las juntas más usadas son las de 1.5 mm y 3 mm.
Si, todos estos revestimientos son resistentes al agua, ya que no se trata de "papel pegado" si no que en el momento de su fabricación se crean con un molde que imita la textura de la tela, para tener esa imitación pero sin perder todas las características de cualquier revestimiento.
Si, se pueden poner en cualquier tipo de habitación, incluso también en el exterior, pero siempre teniendo en cuenta de que sea porcelánico y la zona en la que vive, ya que los diferentes cambios de temperatura, heladas, abrasiones puede dañar el material si no es porcelánico.
