El pladur es un panel de yeso laminado, se usa mucho para la construcción de tabiques, techos y revestimientos interiores, pero para trabajar con el de la mejor forma posible, harán falta las mejores herramientas como pueden ser:

  1. Sierra de mano: Primero deberás marcar el corte deseado en el pladur, luego tendrás que sujetar el panel de pladur de una forma segura y posicionar la sierra en el borde de donde vayas a realizar el corte, aplica presión constante y corta siguiendo la marca que hiciste al principio, controla la velocidad y evita movimientos bruscos para seguir la marca y continúa hasta que lo acabes.
  2. Cúter: Es similar a la sierra de mano, como en el producto anterior tendrás que hacer primero una marca sobre lo que quieras cortar, y deberás con el cúter realizar una incisión en el panel de pladur, presionando de una manera suave, y repitiendo el proceso varias veces para profundizar en el corte.
  3. Escofina metálica: Para este producto se tiene que tener un especial cuidado, ya que si no se usa de la forma correcta se podrá ver afectada la integridad del panel de pladur, solo se recomienda su uso siempre se tenga que "lijar" los filos de la placa de yeso, ya que si se usa en alguna de sus cara no quedará de una forma equitativa.
  4. Espátula de rincón: Coloca la espátula de rincón con del pladur, aplica una ligera presión en la espátula y deslízala a lo largo de la esquina, siempre manteniéndola en contacto con la superficie, deberás de realizar movimientos suaves y controlados asegurando de cubrir toda la superficie.
  5. Espátula: Para retirar el exceso de material en los paneles de pladur se suele usar una espátula para nivelas o para raspar muy suavemente sin dañar el panel.
