Acrylic vinyl nature primer on water-based basis, to be used in construction as a bridge between new and old mortars, it has a good penetration and cohesion capacity, due to its particle size and good residual tack. It is also capable of improving the adhesion conditions of the substrate on vertical supports, as a previous step to the application of the coating. Especially recommended for use as a primer before applying our MORCEM TEXTURE printed mortar (vertical supports).
Features & Applications
- TEXTUREFIX-120 is especially recommended for use as a primer before applying our MORCEM TEXTURE printed mortar (vertical supports) and in general any printed, repair, polishing mortar, etc.
- It increases the resistance to flexural breakage, as well as the cohesion and waterproofing of the system.
- On vertical supports, apply a coat of TEXTUREFIX-120 as a primer. Outdoors, its application should be especially avoided when there is a risk of rain or frost.
How to use
HORIZONTAL SUPPORTS
- The supports must be clean and free of grease, oils, oxides, paint residues and loose or poorly adhered parts.
- Distribute the product directly by using a sprayer and trying to leave a uniform film, without excessive accumulation of product and avoiding leaving layers of great thickness.
VERTICAL SUPPORTS
- They must be clean, dry and well cohesive. A coat of undiluted product will be applied by brush, roller or gun.
