Through the new manufacturing process, the small air bubbles that are housed inside the part are extracted by means of a vacuum chamber, resulting in high resistance and impermeability, which minimizes water absorption, reducing the appearance of fungi and verdigris on the surface of the piece. The pool edge, due to its function, is a piece in continuous contact with the pool water, which is why the oxidation of the reinforcement is the main cause of the breakage of the piece.
