Refractory putty is a special sealant for joints that require high thermal resistance. For substrates exposed to high temperatures: stoves, ovens, fireplaces, barbecues, heating systems, exhaust pipes, etc.
It is a putty especially suitable for the repair of cracks or sealing joints without movement and subjected to high temperatures of 1100ºC continuously and up to 1500ºC at tip and direct fire.
Its physical properties include its excellent adhesion to fire-resistant materials such as metal, iron, refractory brick, stone, concrete, ceramics and vitrified surfaces.
It has excellent performance against high temperatures. It is non-flammable and once exposed to fire it does not bleach, maintaining its original black color.
Applications: Specially prepared for the repair of cracks and cracks and the sealing of joints subjected to high temperatures and direct fire in the assembly, assembly and repair of fire doors, heating appliances, stoves, boiler elements, fireplace hearths, ovens, stoves, barbecues, etc.
It is resistant up to 1,500 ºC. It does not deform or crack.
