Retractable stepladder for access to the outside (terraces, roofs...). Very functional and economical equipped with an exclusive pantograph type opening system. The ZX terrace staircase is specially designed to go outside a construction with a flat roof. It is light, quiet, easy to maneuver, safe and stable. It saves a lot of space thanks to the possibility of folding. It allows comfortable access to the outside and makes full use of the room space. The ZX terrace ladder is equipped with a 60 cm high wooden box, to be waterproofed during the installation phase, with an external lid of galvanized sheet metal, totally watertight and waterproof, provided with an internal closure. The ZX terrace ladder is supplied with a metal frame, wooden top and ladder in galvanized tubular structure, fully assembled and provided with detailed instructions for easy and quick installation.
