MOPLY N PLUS FV 3 KG is a bitumen waterproofing sheet additivated with APP plastomer polymers with a flexibility at low temperatures of -10ºC, with fiberglass felt (FV) reinforcement, embossed finish with hot melt film on its lower face and a smooth finish on the upper side.
Advantages
• Better flexibility and guaranteed durability. Better behavior at temperature wings and better flexibility in cold (-10ºC) that gives the membrane a later aging.
• Improves the characteristics of the membrane that is formed by the main sheet, providing great dimensional stability, especially if the main sheet is reinforced with Polyethylene PE (polyolefins) PE or Polyester Felt (FP).
• Advantages of embossed membranes:
• Facilitates implementation; fast bitumen softening, quick positioning with less fire.
• Armor suffers less in application.
• More robust rolls.
• More malleable and flexible membranes.
• Membranes that are easier to apply at meeting points and finishes.
• It replaces the oxyasphalt sheet, providing a less polluting production process.
Application
• It is applied as a complementary sheet in improved single-layer systems that can be walked on or off with heavy protection made with a main sheet equal to or greater than 4 kgs from the MORTERPLAS or MORTERPLAS SBS (LBM) range.
• It is a complementary sheet in self-protected roofing systems made with a main sheet equal to or greater than 4 kgs from the MORTERPLAS MIN or MORTERPLAS SBS MIN (LBM) range.
• As complementary sheets in garden roof systems made with a MORTERPLAS GARDEN MIN main sheet or a two-layer membrane composed of LBM sheets whose top sheet has MORTERPLAS FP 4kg GARDEN root protection.
• As a suffering or auxiliary sheet on occasions when temporary waterproofing is required.
• As a complementary reinforcement sheet to a monolayer or two-layer solution in specific areas of the roof, such as passage areas, access to machinery areas, etc.
• Waterproofing of foundations, basements, etc., complementing the membranes made with LBM type sheets
• Base sheet in multilayer waterproofing.
