MORTERPLAS SBS FM 3 KG is a waterproofing sheet, made of SBS elastomeric bitumen, with polyester felt (FP) reinforcement and finished in thermo-fusible film on both sides.
Advantages
- The SBS elastomeric chew gives the film excellent folding at low temperatures.
- The non-woven reinforcement made of polyester felt (FP) on the inside and the polyester felt on the upper side, give the sheet the best mechanical properties:
- Excellent tensile and punch strength (static and dynamic).
- Great tear resistance.
- Good dimensional stability.
- The application with mechanical clamping offers the following advantages:
- Speed of execution.
- It allows the placement not to depend so much on the possibility of bad weather.
- The membrane, as it is not adhered, admits possible movements of the support.
Application
- Non-passable covers without heavy protection: application in two-layer as the bottom layer of the system with mechanical fixing. This application is especially recommended for Deck decks and rehabilitation.
- Covers with heavy protection that can be walked on or not passable: adhered, floating or mechanically fastened application forming two-layer membranes. The sheets will always be adhered to each other.
- MORTERPLAS SBS FM 3 KG can be applied as a sheet to ensure tightness in buried structures
