The metal sheet is constructed of steel on the outside and wood on the inside. Package of 69 mm thickness, consisting of a front piece made on laminated and galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1 mm. in DX-54 quality, and back of 3 omegas of 1 mm., filled with microexpanded polyurethane formulated according to type M-3 and decorative panel in wood 6 mm. thick.

The metal frame is made of rolled and galvanized steel sheet, with a thickness of 1.5 mm. in DX-51 or 52 quality on an automatic bending machine. The frame protrudes from underneath, to anchor to the ground, about 8 cm. 

The lock has 2 possibilities:

• 3-point (security grade 3): ISEO 668 model with 8-tip system, slip with safety bulb and anti-bumping systems, with point key coding and construction key. Anti-drill shield. The taunts are divided into 2 + 4 + 2
• 5-point (security grade 4): ISEO model series 600 with a system of 14 swindlers, slip with safety bulb and anti-bumping systems, with coding of the point key and construction key. Anti-drill shield. The taunts are divided into 2 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 2

The locking system is composed of a chrome-plated safety hinge, with mocks on the anti-lever frame,

The door consists of the following hardware: exterior knob, interior handle and chrome telescopic peephole. Upper interior bolt independent of the lock. Grade 4 doors also have steel reinforcements on the leaf structure that certify grade 4 safety. Optional intercom lock on Grade 3 doors.

Burglar-proof (anti-theft) certified. Burglar resistance is the characteristic of the door to resist attacks of violent entry into a room or protected area. By applying physical violence and with the help of certain tools, the door is damaged or destroyed. For the entire Omega series, in which this door is included, the security grade reaches grade 3 for the 3-point closer and grade 4 for the 5-point lock, according to the criteria for this action defined in the European standard UNE-EN 1627:2011

What is the construction key that these doors have? It is the key that you give to the installers so that they can do the installation and can open and close the door to be able to install it. After installation, once any of the final keys are inserted, the construction key will stop working.

How is the door anchored to the work? The door frame has a frame that remains anchored to the ground for about 8 cm and on the sides of the frame, it has folded claws that unfold and anchor to the work

2-YEAR WARRANTY

The manufacturer, Cearco, offers a two-year warranty on its doors. This warranty will cover possible manufacturing defects, understood as such: corrosion by rust (except fittings), malfunction of the mechanism and detachment of lacquer (due to lack of adhesion). 

This warranty will be applicable as long as the storage has been appropriate (never outdoors, or totally or partially unpacked). In no case will the warranty be applicable to doors already installed. Cearco reserves the right to accept claims against this warranty.
